This is a layaway program for any hydraulic press offered by Towed Studio.
By “purchasing” this layaway payment, you agree to all conditions of this layaway. This layaway is good only for a hydraulic press.
Payments are made in $50+ increments. You can take as long as you need to pay off the layaway, but you must notify me at towedstudio@gmail.com when you make your last payment so that we can arrange for delivery.
This layaway does not hold a specific model or unit, though it will hold the price on any unit. This means you can choose the model and color after the final payment is made. The minimum payment is $50, but more can be paid. Please keep track of your payments. If you are in Arizona, the system will charge sales tax. That will cover sales tax for the purchase of the hydraulic press.
There will be no interest and no service fee unless the layaway is cancelled by the customer. We will gladly refund your money minus a $25 bookkeeping fee, and any fees we paid to the credit card processor or paypal while taking your payments.
